Service Vault API seems to be down

The service interruption was traced back to an misconfiguration of one of our partner during decommissioning of a legacy component.
The component was properly decommissioned and additional checks have been implement to prevent such occurrences in the future.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
