Maintenance notice

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve resilience and performance of Purse solutions, we will be carried out technical maintenance on our infrastructure.

We want to reinsure you that these actions will not cause any service interruptions. However, the Purse API will operate with new IP addresses. Therefore, we kindly ask you to update your systems and, if necessary, coordinate with your PSPs to add these new IP addresses to your allowlist.

Please note that it should be necessary to whitelist the new IP addresses on your system. These IP addresses are :

Sandbox: Please add IPs 35.195.66.77 and 34.141.13.87 to the existing list.
Production: Please add IPs 34.22.174.22, 34.89.137.175 and 34.155.54.71 to the existing list.

Please note that Purse will perform maintenance operations on the following dates:

• December 10, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM CET on the sandbox environment.
• January 23, 2025, from 12:30 AM to 3:30 AM CET on the production environment.
