We are pleased to inform you that the incident affecting card payments has been fully resolved. The vault mode was successfully restored as planned, and all services have returned to normal operation.

Dear Customers,
Card payments have been available again since 8:45 AM in non-vault mode. To minimize the impact of reactivation, the vault will be re-enabled between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM.
As a result, we are lowering the criticality of this incident.
The next communication will be sent after the final return to normal.

Payment methods other than credit cards remain available.
