We would like to inform you that an emergency maintenance will take place on the production environment tonight, between 00:00 and 02:00 (Europe/Paris time), in order to resolve recent stability issues and ensure optimal performance.
At 02:00 (Europe/Paris time), following the completion of the maintenance, we will reactivate the vault functionality. This will allow us to return to normal operating mode.

We would like to inform you that card payments have been successfully resuming since 01:23 pm (Europe/Paris time zone).
As a result, we are lowering the criticality level of the incident. Please note that this is a temporary workaround operating without vault mode.
We will get back to you as soon as the vault functionality is fully restored.

Dear Customers,
Our credit card vault partner has been experiencing an incident affecting the Vault platform since 13:12 (Europe/Paris time zone).
We activated a fallback solution at 13:19 am (Europe/Paris time zone).
Card payments are now being processed through without vault mode, allowing transactions to resume. Please note that this is a temporary workaround while the root issue is being investigated.
Other payment methods remain fully operational.
We continue to work closely with our partner to restore full Vault functionality and will keep you informed of any progress.
Partner’s and our teams are actively investigating the root cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
